Privacy Policy
For Umami Solutions Private Limited, CIN U62012WB2026PTC286911.
This page is provided for general business communication, website use and service enquiry purposes. Formal commercial engagements are governed by written proposals, contracts, invoices or mutually accepted statements of work.
Umami Solutions uses limited website analytics to understand visits, page engagement and enquiries. A visitor's internet address may be processed on the server to estimate an approximate city, region and country, help distinguish sessions and reduce abuse. IP-derived location is approximate and can be inaccurate, especially when VPNs, mobile networks or corporate gateways are used.
The website may store a privacy-protected hash derived from the visitor IP for session, security and deduplication purposes. The visitor-notification feed used by authorised Umami personnel does not expose the raw visitor IP address.
Ask Umami may store conversation messages, contact details that a visitor voluntarily submits, transcript records, requirement summaries and lead context so the visitor can request follow-up or receive a transcript. If a visitor chooses End chat & send transcript, the email address supplied is used to deliver that conversation copy through Umami's configured mail service.
Website analytics and Ask Umami records are used for operating the service, responding to enquiries, improving business workflows, preventing abuse and supporting authorised sales follow-up. Umami Solutions does not use the chatbot to make binding quotations or commitments; any commercial commitment must be separately approved by Umami.
Umami Solutions mobile games may use Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to fund free gameplay and manage advertising privacy choices. Depending on device, region, consent state and Google SDK behaviour, Google advertising services may process data such as an internet address used to estimate approximate location, app or ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information, device or advertising identifiers, advertising data and product interaction data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and app functionality. Umami does not use these games to create a user account, sell paid content or require a login.
Game progress, preferences and puzzle state in the Umami Games mobile apps are designed to remain on the device unless a particular feature clearly says otherwise. Local game state is not uploaded to Umami as part of normal gameplay. Users can remove local game data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Advertising privacy choices are presented through Google's consent tooling where required, and gameplay remains available when advertising or the consent provider is unavailable.
On iOS, the Umami Games apps do not request App Tracking Transparency permission and are not configured by Umami to perform cross-app tracking. App Store privacy disclosures nevertheless describe data that the integrated advertising SDK may collect or process, including coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data and other diagnostics, according to the purposes reported for the shipped SDK. On Android, Google Play Data Safety disclosures likewise reflect the data types and purposes applicable to the integrated Google Mobile Ads SDK and UMP.
Users should not misuse this website, submit unlawful content, or rely on website information as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, technical or medical advice. Product-specific professional decisions remain with appropriately qualified people where relevant.
Umami Solutions may update website content, services and policies from time to time. For privacy or business enquiries, contact ceo@umamification.com.
Ask Umami V5.5 includes optional AI-assisted discovery tools such as a requirement builder, solution recommender, non-binding project-scope draft and meeting preparation. These outputs are informational discovery aids and do not create a quotation, contract, delivery promise or professional advice.
The optional Website Audit retrieves only public HTTP/HTTPS pages supplied by the visitor, uses a small bounded public-page snapshot, blocks private/local network targets and does not accept website login credentials. The audit is a public-page diagnostic, not a security, accessibility, SEO-ranking or full technical audit.
If a visitor uses voice input or spoken replies, speech recognition and text-to-speech rely on capabilities provided by the visitor's browser, operating system or browser/device speech provider. Audio processing may therefore be subject to that provider's policies. Typing remains available and Umami does not require voice use.
For returning-conversation convenience, the browser may keep a short recent enquiry context in local browser storage for up to 30 days. A visitor can start fresh and clear that remembered context from the Ask Umami menu or by clearing browser site data.
When a visitor voluntarily submits contact details, Ask Umami may create an internal requirement summary, solution-fit/lead qualification and meeting-preparation context using Umami's private AI workflow. These internal aids support follow-up; they do not make automated binding commercial decisions.
