Using ReadVero
ReadVero is a document scanning, OCR, document organisation and export tool presented by Umami Solutions Private Limited. You may use it for lawful personal or business document workflows.
Your documents
You remain responsible for the documents you scan, import, edit, share or print and for having any permission required to process them. ReadVero does not claim ownership of your document contents.
OCR and scan accuracy
Automatic edge detection, enhancement and OCR can make mistakes. Review important text, amounts, names, dates and other critical information before relying on or sharing an output. ReadVero is not a substitute for keeping an original where an original is legally or operationally required.
Local storage and backups
ReadVero stores working data locally. You are responsible for saving or backing up documents that you need outside the app. Deleting app data, clearing ReadVero local data, device failure or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local files.
Third-party destinations
If you choose to share, save or print through another app, service or printer, that third party controls its own availability and data handling. Umami Solutions does not control third-party services selected by you.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReadVero to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware or knowingly create fraudulent or deceptive records.
Changes and availability
Features may change as ReadVero is improved. Store, operating-system and device requirements can also change. We may update these terms when reasonably necessary and will publish the current version on the ReadVero website.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply where you live.
